Let's talk about the right treatment plan
Though it may feel like it, you are not alone in your feelings of anxiety, depression, and "why can't I fix it?" Coming in for therapy can be uncomfortable and messy at times, but for the most part, it is a huge step towards answered questions, insight, change, and relief.
Before we start working together, I want you to know that I see every individual and every family need as important and meaningful. I take special care in understanding the specific nuances of you, your child and your family. This is crucial to the development of a therapeutic relationship and appropriate treatment plan.
For assessments, I have developed a process that allows me to consider data while relying on my training, clinical judgement, and corroborative information to guide the final diagnosis and recommendations. Individuals and parents generally find this to be a collaborative and validating process.
I look forward to meeting you and our work together.
